Please Note:
Travel release documents are required to be turned in for director
acceptance of your trip registration. If you have already turned in a
NOTARIZED release with your previous registration, they are still on file
with Mr. Schulz and you need only turn in the registration form.
Otherwise, the release documents are located here for your
convenience. One travel release is for students and the other for
Adults (Chaperones). Please email Mr. Schulz at jschulz@coppellisd.
com if you need to know if there is a release on file.”
